Hotel Real del Río

Amazing hotel! Service is very friendly and professional. They truly care about giving you the best experience during your stay at the hotel. I highly recommend the in house restaurant for breakfast as it is buffet style and you can also make special orders.

My stay at Hotel del Rio was excellent. My first visit to TJ. I don't know why there are negative reviews. Hotel and room are modern, clean and nice - beds, robes, shower. Breakfast buffet was included and very good. Made to order omelettes, eggs, pancakes .. and hot entrees ranging from birria to pasta. I would recommend and stay again. I felt very safe. Also someone mentioned that the room space and interior hallway. Maybe some do but mine faced outside and was just fine, very normal view..

I had a nice stay. The hotel staff very friendly and professional. From my own personal experience with TJ hotels these rooms are a little smaller and lack a few things. No iron or ironing board, no cups, no water provided, no fridge. The room I stayed in had a window facing the outside walkway so its kinda awkward. If you leave curtains open the world will see inside your room. The gym and spa area is nicer than some of the more popular hotels I've stayed at. Noise wasn't tool bad. A little bit of noise from the street and bumping music. To be expected in Tijuana. Windows could be better insulated for noise reduction. The coffee and food was good. I would stay again if needed.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Real del Rio. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional staff. Everyone was very warm and welcoming and their professionalism exceeded my expectations. The rooms were polished and clean. The hotel grounds and common areas were also top notch. Can't recommend this hotel enough, will definitely come back!

This place is beautiful, amazing customer service, breakfast buffet style authentic mexican food, fresh pressed juices and is free, they help with transportation. The mall is 3 blocks. Safe walking distance. The showers are so great, hot water strong pressure.

I stayed for a couple o nights on a business trip, the place is beautiful, the service is great. Very good food and the location is in the middle of a business district with a lot of bars, restaurants and coffee shops.

We stayed 3 nights in this nice Hotel! Rooms are dark being our window faced a wall, room and bathroom was clean and fresh, I liked they were located near what seemed to be a downtown central location. The room was equipped with body wash, shampoo and conditioner in shower. My only complaint was not enough English TV channels and not having tea or coffee available in rooms and or a mini fridge and microwave but overall experience was wonderful along with their security who was available daily in the underground parking lot area ready to greet you so we felt very safe.

Great place and so clean and modern. Have never had this nice of a room before at a hotel and the staff are all great. The morning breakfast buffet has a phenomenal spread of food choices and fresh juices. And if you don't like what you see, don't need to worry because they'll make you fresh omelettes, quesadillas, pancakes, bacon, you name it. Pretty hard to beat.. *There is a lot of construction and new High rises being built but somehow we didn't even hear the construction from our room and have any bother from this.

I have stayed here on multiple occasions, and each time my experience has been consistently positive. I have never had any inconveniences during my stays. One thing that stands out is how clean and well-maintained the hotel always is. The staff members are very friendly, professional, and welcoming, which truly makes a difference and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The hotel also has a restaurant located on the ground floor, as well as room service. I’ve tried most of the dishes on the menu, and every single time I’ve had a great experience. The food is always delicious, well-prepared, and satisfying, which is a big plus when you want to relax and not worry about going out to eat. As for the rooms, they are very comfortable. The mattresses provide excellent support, and the bedding and pillows are of great quality, making it easy to rest and sleep well after a long day. Everything feels clean, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. Overall, this hotel offers comfort, convenience, great service, and delicious food. I would definitely continue staying here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay near the border.

Very comfortable hotel to stay I stayed 3 nights and everyone was so nice and friendly!! They have a buffet and price is not bad at all for all their meals!
